Return & Exchange Window
- You may initiate a return or exchange request within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Personalized items or products that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons (such as swimwear) are excluded from this policy.
Process
- To begin a return or exchange, please contact our client services team at info@qlishe.com with your order number and request.
- Once your request is confirmed, you will receive detailed instructions and a return authorization code.
- After the item is received and inspected, your exchange or refund will be processed. Refunds are issued through the original payment method.
Costs
- Return shipping fees may vary depending on the region. In some cases, these may be covered by Qlishe. Our client services team will inform you of the exact procedure.
- If the return is due to a product defect or error on our part, all costs are fully covered by us.
